You tasks will be:

Responsible for multinational paid search delivery:

Lead a team of Account Managers and Account Executives

Deliver a high quality paid search program to meet business objectives

Use best in class search tactics to deliver results

Unlock value for our clients from partnerships with search publishers

 Delivering a forward thinking and international approach:

Create paid search strategies which can sit across multiple regions

Understand the efficiencies and benefits from different Global Search setups

Liaise with local market teams to understand key market differentiators where necessary

Can integrate with the different digital specialists:



Organic search, organic social, paid search, paid social, display, programmatic, outcomes, content architecture and digital strategy- where needed to produce one coherent digital strategy for each client

Demonstrate exceptional client management skills:

Always thinking of expansion opportunities, be it new search services or integrated digital work

Able to simplify & present complex search concepts in client language

Strong attention to detail

 A desire to create an amazing international search team:

Can review work quality and identify training requirements for the team

Be proactive in creating opportunities to lift our ongoing delivery

Effective utilization of available resource & awareness of capacity levels

Strong team leadership and an interest in developing individual careers


Passionate about paid search

Has the gravitas/presence to front to/work with senior clients

Is global and multinational in outlook

Full responsibility across 2/3 of our Worldwide clients
