Position: Head of VOD

An exciting opportunity has opened up for a Head of VOD to join a heavyweight media owner within their commercial team. The Head of VOD will be responsible for maximising VOD across the entire agency sales team.

This is a highly strategic role which will see you shape the businesses trading team working practices, processes etc both internally & externally to champion VOD spend. You will be involved at a senior level internally and will take the lead on a number of new opportunities, potential 3rd party relationships and external events.

Role and Responsibilities
*Create and deliver VOD collateral for sales team
*Win and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders across all agency Digital, TV + VOD teams
*Complete understanding of TV planning cycle & contractual obligations
*Work closely with Agency & Strategy teams to ensure solid pipeline and achieve direct booking target
*Integrate VOD within all relevant solution pitches
*Work with 3rd party VOD creative partners to launch media-first ad units
*Liaise with project management to guarantee seamless delivery of VOD creative
*Work closely with Editorial department to commercially develop video content providers
*Work with Ad Operations to ensure full delivery of all campaigns

Key Skills and Experience
*A background of selling across Digital, TV + VOD
*A network of senior level contacts within Tier 1 agencies
*Proven track record of achieving sales targets
*Understanding & experience of programmatic trading process
*Strong analytical & problem solving skill set
