Advertising Sales Executive – MagBook Division

Soho, London£30-35,000 OTE

The Role:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Advertising Sales Executive within our MagBook division. Dennis Publishing is the world’s No.1 publisher of MagBooks; a revolutionary book and magazine hybrid, sold on high-traffic magazine newsstands at a premium price. With over 300 high-quality titles providing in-depth, valuable and trusted information across a wide range of subject matters, including technology, health and fitness, motoring and lifestyle.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, talented and experienced sales person to join this hugely successful division.  

Reporting to the Advertising Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for championing and taking to market the lifestyle, fitness and technology portfolio selling a range of solutions including display, sponsorship and partnership opportunities.

Upon joining you will be responsible for maximising revenue streams and other incremental advertising opportunities.  Experience and skills should include:

  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
  • A proven sales track record in extracting revenues from large West End advertising agencies and clients
  • New business development skills
  • Organisation and administrative skills
  • Knowledge of research data and other online software
  • The ability to work to tight deadlines
