I am currently looking for an experienced exhibitions sales leader with significant exhibition team management experience to take up a role as Sales Performance Manager with a leading exhibitions organiser. For this role you will need to have proven experience driving sales teams and sales strategy. You will also need experience training sales staff preferably within a similar environment such as media or exhibition sales. Experience drawing up sales targets and monitoring them closely will be crucial.

There will two areas this role will focus on. Your primary focus will be to manage a strong sales team ensuring KPIs are met and sales systems are updated accordingly. You will manage the floor plan closely to make sure that the brands match the sectors at the exhibition. You will also build strong relationships with key clients for the event. Above all you will ensure over-achievement of sales targets for individuals and the team. The second part of this role is to work closely with the Portfolio Director and Marketing Brand Manager to ensure all customer marketing is accurate. This is a fantastic role with scope to work internationally.
