£32,000-£37,000 Basic plus excellent benefits


A great opportunity to work for one of the leading, award winning media agencies in London. This is a unique role working closely with the planning and buying teams supporting one key accounts for the business.You will take responsibility for advising planners on digital strategy, making recommendation for campaigns and getting heavily involved in ad serving and reporting. You will be advanced in Excel and be able to build insight reports.

Digital Tech and Data Manager/ Ad Technology Manager

The Ad Technology Manager will be responsible for;

Developing and expanding the data targeting display programs : delivering proactive recommendations and putting them in place
Ensuring all digital campaigns are tracked through Flash Talking and best practice is respected.
Working with the Data and analytics team to ensure that the Oxygen reporting tool is accurately maintained and outputs are being monitored and developed.
Working with the planning and buying teams to ensure data entry processes are being followed to support reporting accuracy
Collating sources of digital reporting in order to deliver overall reports and insights to both client and planning teams.
Ensuring that client data is coming through and exploring new sources of client data that could be made available to drive greater insight as well as campaign performance
Helping the planning team to use the available reporting to better inform planning decisions

You need to have the following experience;

AdServer knowledge and experience - FlashTalking is a bonus but not essential.
Advanced Excel including the ability to automate functions and processes (VBA knowledge is a bonus but not essential)
Previous experience of working with databases and large data sets
Data planning, Campaign Management, AdServer or Analytics background
Ability to communicate both verbally and through Powerpoint, reporting outcomes, trends and insights

You need to be able to drive projects on your own and will either be from an Ad Ops background or campaign management.
