About the Role:
Achieve agency revenue targets through a planned sales approach. Articulate the role & power of OOH media, while pitching the attributes & specific effectiveness of the portfolio. Always seek enduring business partnerships which deliver results for advertisers.
Achieve revenue targets & maximise share
Maintain detailed agency account plans to ensure an informed & targeted sales approach
Develop a forensic understanding of your agencies, structures, goals & planning ethos
Strive to understand all advertiser plans, objectives & measures of success
Develop collaborative business relationships with agency decision makers up to and including Account Director level
Manage upwards to coordinate effective Senior Agency personnel contact in your agencies
Be highly visible in your agencies through regular face-to-face meetings & other planned events
Present concise, insightful & engaging business arguments which influence media choices
Maintain high levels of customer service, always following-up & willing to go the extra mile
Align effectively with trading counterparts to establish shared sales strategies & progress deals from pitch to booking
Continually develop OOH & wider media understanding
They are looking for a team player who can make an immediate, positive impact. Agency sales experience and media perspective are important, whilst natural sales skill and motivation to develop and succeed at the company are critical
