About the Company:
A fully multi-platform media owner. They are uniquely positioned in the media marketplace and this represents both an opportunity and a challenge to the business as they can now build fully integrated partnerships across a full range of consumer touch points. 

The Team 
The solutions team will focus their attention on developing innovative, cross platform ideas and partnerships across the full range of platforms. The team will be positioned within agency hubs and will focus on the planning community of the major network agencies. They will leverage multi-platform capability by devising solutions to incoming briefs as well as proactively developing ‘best in class’ solutions for the biggest clients.

The Role 
Working as a central figure within an agency hub, the Solutions Account Manager will be responsible for driving incremental revenue from their agency territory. Working with senior agency planners the Solutions Account Manager will be adept and experienced in delivering and extracting key insights to and from the planning community. The Solutions Account Manager will contribute to the goal of establishing a reputation for creativity within the agencies whilst enhancing perception of the company as a forward thinking, innovative and dynamic business.

Key Responsibilities
Position brands and platforms to the agency planning community delivering and extracting insights
Win new business and enhance share of existing business
Deliver the solutions and partnership budget alongside client hub colleagues
Work with the Client Account Manager within the agency hub to develop innovative ideas and partnerships from incoming briefs
Develop creative ideas proactively that play to brand strengths and audience motivations
Create bespoke ideas that form partnership opportunities for key hub clients leveraging all assets where possible.

Experience & Skills
Gravitas. Must be credible and respected within the industry.
Able to engage and influence at the highest levels of the UK’s largest media agencies
Connected. Must have established, top end senior planning contacts within media agency networks. Contacts up to and beyond Business Director level with the ability to leverage those contacts to generate incremental revenue
A storyteller. Experienced, polished presenter
Proven experience of winning new business and enhancing share of existing business
Demonstrable experience of winning significant integrated cross platform partnership and solutions pitches
Demonstrable track record of producing complex, high ticket innovative ideas and cross platform partnerships that make money and deliver tangible results for clients
Experience of working in at least one other media channel outside of print/print online and/or experience of working in a strategy or planning role within a media agency is advantageous
Must be conversant with all rival media channels and be able to formulate compelling channel arguments
Fully conversant with all industry research tools: NRS, TGI, Mintel etc
Proficient with Microsoft Office and Outlook
