My client is a leading research and advisory business looking to recruit a Global Sponsorship Manager to join their strong conference sales team. For this role you will need to have 4years B2B sales experience preferably within a technology, conferences or recruitment. We are looking for target driven candidates who flourish in a fast paced sales environment. Due to the unique nature of this role you will need proven experience in solution led sales where you have been consultative in your approach to win business. You will need to have a full drivers license and be willing to travel. Strong f2f sales skills and high levels of organisation are very important for the role. As Global Sponsorship Sales Manager you will be responsible for European based events however you will be required to sell to clients globally. You will use your consultative approach to sell sponsorship to the businesses existing clients and use your hunter like approach to drive new business. As this is a field sales role you will spend the start of the week booking in appointments and the rest of the week seeing clients. This is a fantastic role with a strong international business. My client is an international employer and they support progression from within. This role has been created out of growth and is testament to the type of business they are.
