Our client, a Research and Strategy Agency, is moving to the next stage of its growth, and is looking to take on a new Research Director, who will not only drive the research approach of the agency, but contribute to the growth of the business as part of their senior management team.

The Role

This role, being crucial to the growth of the agency, is about more than just research (though we are looking for excellent Research Director-level candidates) and will comprise an element of strategy, business development and senior management. The new Research Director will be championing interesting research approaches and methodologies, but will also run complex projects and may be able to bring a track record of making a difference in areas of ad testing, audit or new product development. - Managing client relationships
- Lead a team of researchers
- Producing compelling Proposals and pitching to clients
- Creating new business opportunities
- Helping to lead the development of the company

- Research Director-level leaders from the Market Research Industry

- Experience in different methodologies, especially behavioural, digital and ethnographic practice
