Job Description:

Third Sector Display Sales Manager

Brand description:
Due to an internal promotion, Third Sector display is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to take the brand to the next level.

Reporting directly to the Commercial Director, your job is to maximise profit for your brand, primarily through driving revenues across the magazine, website, supplements, specials, events and further brand extensions. 
You will have had experience of managing a wide portfolio selling across a number of products. 

Responsibilities:
Sales Management

This role requires you to lead from the front with your fantastic sales ability and you would be expected to spend 70% of your time selling directly on the phone or out on meetings. A core part of your role will be developing new revenue streams and pitching these innovative ideas to your key clients. 

Staff Management
•Recruiting and interviewing new team members
•Motivating the team to surpass KPIs
•Development of the team via on-the-job and product training
•Conducting frequent CDPs and appraisals
•Ensuring quality, quantity and direction of work is to the highest standard

Planning and Sales Initiatives
•You will be experienced in creating and working to a sales plan
•You will need to compile information for strategic long term plans of the brand
•You should always be looking for new initiatives to grow revenue and ensure that they are followed through and auctioned

Forecasting and reporting
•Forecasting across the entire brand on a weekly basis
•Setting and delivering year end forecasts to the management teams
•Reporting on performance of brand against budgets
•Reporting on market share against competitor brands
