Hot off the press, the role of a Digital Manager has opened up at one of London`s top media planning and buying agency. This role is primarily focused on planning and will ensure the delivery of excellent activity to meet client and agency objectives. As Digital Planning Manage, you will ensure that digital planning is integrated with strategic planning as you manage the digital planners and assistants.

This media agency is dedicated to delivering the very best to their clients, and they place great importance on creating a ‘winning culture` of motivated and happy employees. They are looking for a digital specialist to join their team and educate the wider agency of the digital market.

Key responsibilities:

- Drive new ways of delivering value and digital strategy for clients
- Responsible for accurate and regular forecasting to Trading Director for agency deals
- Advise clients on the correct of digital budgets and Partake in interview process
- Lead client meetings, advising clients on the right deployment of their digital budgets and producing optimal implementation plans to deliver to client brief
- Be the lead on integrating digital into the wider planning function
- Lead and develop junior members of the team

About you:

If this sounds like the role for you, you will have proven planning experience in a media agency. You will be enthusiastic about all things digital and will be current with ongoing market developments. Results-focused, you will ensure that your team delivers optimum planning and buying, delivering above and beyond requirements. You will have strong interpersonal written and verbal skills as you build strong relationships with internal teams, clients and media owners. You will take a holistic approach of accounts, as you guide the team in innovation and problem solving. As a leader, you will be unafraid to challenge standards as you create and inspire vision for clients in others. Finally, as you an ambassador for the company, you will need to be professional and responsible as well as having strong numerical and organisational skills.
