A fast moving media role with one of the major consumer publishers in the UK, working on a title that walks hand in hand with a luxury life style.

The Company

Our client is a major consumer publisher, who is leading the way in innovative ideas. They own over 36 websites and 52 magazines, with over 1 million subscribers, and a brand reach of 11 million UK consumers.

The Role

To project manage all advertorials/creative/cross-media projects across a varied portfolio of high profile consumer media products.  Making sure all projects are delivered on time by working with the sales teams, creative team, Editors and production teams, and ensuring that all work is done on schedule and within budget whilst managing the team’s expectations with the resources available.

This role reports in to the Group Head and works closely with the Creative Director.

-Working closely with production, creating production schedules and setting booking and repro deadlines for each magazine.

-Supporting the sales teams in all pitch work and assisting the Group Head on budgets and forecasts.

-Creating and managing timelines for all campaigns coming through the creative team and making sure all those involved keep to schedule, including the clients.

-Being the main point of contact for clients when campaigns are booked - it’s essential to be up to date with each job and be able to deal confidently with clients at all levels and all stages of the production process.

-Recognising when to pass on problems or queries to the Group Head/Creative Director.

-Chasing client’s for briefs, images, amends, approvals and liaising with clients and the team at all times informing them of any changes/feedback.

-Organising photo shoots including booking photographers, studios and food stylists

-Organising and booking any freelancers as and when required (i.e. to cover holidays or extra workload)

Is this you?

  • Minimum 1-2 years magazine experience in a similar role
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Computer literate
  • Ability to cope under pressure
  • Able to multi-task across different brands and different projects
  • Some digital experience would be a bonus
