I am currently recruiting for a Conference Delegate Sales Manager or Conference Delegate Team Leader for a leading media and conferencing business. You will need at least 3 years' experience in delegate sales with at least one 1 of those managing a small to medium sized team. If you have lead a team of 1 or 2 delegate execs please still apply. It is very important that you have a proven track record of driving delegate revenue and it will be beneficial if you have gained this in multiple markets. Experience in delegate sales strategy and sales reporting will be important for the role.

As Delegate Sales Manager you will lead a small team of 4 Delegate Sales Executives. Working closely with the Head of Marketing it will be your responsibility for the growth and sales strategy for delegate sales. You will produce weekly and monthly sales reports for team in order to keep the Marketing Director well informed and help set clear sales targets for the team.
