Our client is on the look-out for a Senior Sales Executive/Display Sales Executive, this is a great opportunity to join one of the UK’s biggest consumer media businesses, and the third largest magazine publisher.   They have an exciting mix of market leading brands, great talent and technology, the company combines a strong publishing heritage with digital platforms and entrepreneurial flair.

With the traditional web and print platforms to display their content, they also have a range of solutions across tablet, mobile social and e-commerce platforms. The approach is brand led so that each brand develops the best strategy to exploit opportunities across all platforms

The senior Sales executive will develop and grow revenue it is a mix of new, existing and lapsed advertisers through effective management of personal agency and client portfolio. You must drive forward a brand led sell to create a deep and meaningful proposition to agencies and clients and shape this product’s media future

COMPETENCIES

  • Applicants should have experience as a Display Sales Executive at a weekly national   consumer magazine or national press.
  • The successful candidate will have a previous track record of handling west end agencies at Junior to mid level. He/she will already have developed a good level of contacts within some west end agencies, and will be able to demonstrate an ability to follow and adapt to an advertising/account management strategy.
  • He/She will have a proven ability to drive revenue and share and work towards a set of pre agreed performance targets.
