Are you looking for your next OOH Sales Management/Head of Sales role?   Do you want to work directly with the MD in driving the strategy forward.

Within this role you will be expected to manage and oversee Sales across our clients experiential team.  Deliver working practices to maximise performance and delivery.

It is exciting times with our client as they look to grow significantly over the next 4 years.  You will be integral in building a team and working closely with the MD to achieve their financial goals.

We need a candidates with experience of setting KPI's, commission structure and strategy.

A black book of contacts at the outdoor agencies is essential for this role!

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Detailed understanding of the key performance drivers that make the team tick
  • Ensuring all sales targets are met
  • Performance management of the team, working closely with each member in order to maximise personal deliverables
  • Identification of the strengths and weaknesses in current team
    working practises
  • Working on, and delivering, plans and strategies to maximise team efficiencies
  • Identification and implementation of short and long term business drivers

You will be expected to:

  • Close day to day management of all activities of the Sales team
  • Monitoring of all sales activity on a daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly basis, ensuring all revenue targets are met and, where possible, exceeded
  • Create and develop relationships with key, high spending clients
  • Run and manage their own client portfolio, including personal sales targets
  • Ensure outstanding levels of customer service are delivered

Work closely with senior agent and venue contacts to develop stronger trading relationships.
