This is a Media Director position, that will allow you to work across a number of very exciting brands whilst taking a leadership role with the team and keeping at the forefront of digital media.

The Media Director will work across a portfolio of high profile clients, including a well known Sports Brand an Entertainment Brand and a Drinks company.

Media Director Role Overview

At its core the purpose of the Digital Media Director role is to:

Manage a team to deliver outstanding Digital planning and innovation.

Manage their teams work flow and act as a quality assurance for planning and execution of their teams out put..

Deliver financial targets, demonstrate growth in revenue and track progress against targets throughout the year.

Utilise media owner relationships to ensure we gain access to market leading rates, beta tests and partnership opportunities.

Key Media Director Accountabilities:

The Digital Media Director shall work closely with colleagues both in planning and the wider media team to create innovative digital plans.

Optimise PRF's to grow income.

The Digital Media Director shall translate business/media strategy into ambitious executionable digital plans and targets for own team.

Develop key media owner relationships to ensure we are aware of the latest innovations and beta tests available.

Constantly ensure self and team are kept up to date with external trends and industry innovation and thinking and apply knowledge to deliver brilliant digital solutions.

Project manage the team to deliver excellent plan execution:

Analyse relevant data, add insights and recommend and action required changes

Focus team on delivering accurate and timely plans - relentlessly looking for new and better ways of doing things

Support PCA process

Lead team to deliver excellent and efficient digital planning and implementation;

Work collaboratively with partner agencies to evaluate what worked/did not work in the campaign.
