Strategy is at the heart of all good media agencies. That is lead by a Strategy Director and that is the opportunity I have for you here. With this being a new role created in the agency, you will have a blank canvas to build and develop a team in your vision. This role is fundamentally about helping move the business forward and making a huge impact on it and the clients that is services. You can come from a traditional media agency background or even from creative, as long as you understand media agencies and want to be part of one. Supporting the planning and buying teams by providing industry leading and innovative strategy across a range of high profile clients, you can really make this role your own and make a name for yourself as the Strategy Director

Skills and Experience:

*Lead strategy in the media agency
*Play a key role in new business pitches
*Develop and educate the planners in strategy
*Work closely with clients to understand their needs

*Proven strategic planning experience
*Strong client facing and serving skills
*Confident and articulate presentation skills
*Creative mind and truly excited by ideas
